The Workshop 2004 : Details
The Workshop 2004 was set up as a half-day Christmas craft and music session. It took place on 18th December in Chapel Allerton, Leeds and was a roaring success. At such a busy time of year it was a welcome respite for parents who were able to get some last minute shopping and present packing done.
Throughout the morning the children busied themselves with a variety of Christmas crafts - they decorated biscuits, made traditional Swiss woven and paper tree decorations, sewed stockings and even made their own jingle bell instruments.
The children also enjoyed musical games, boomwhacker playing and seasonal storytelling whilst Mimi painted their faces. We had many spider men and butterfly children who went home that day.
The morning flew by and was a wonderfully festive and fun start to the Christmas holidays.

"It was lovely to have a little free time. We wandered around the little gift shops in Chapel Allerton and had a quiet coffee and natter in Casa Mia"
