Textile artist and Workshop Facilitator
Claire Wellesley-Smith is a textile artist and community workshop facilitator specialising in recycled textiles. She has extensive educational experience working in the primary, secondary and higher education environments facilitating imaginative workshops, projects and installations. She has worked as an artist in residence for the NHS and has run workshops for a number of art galleries, local community organisations and youth groups.
Claire facilitates textile arts projects and workshops involving felt-making, dyeing, embellishing and weaving.
